Structural Design and Analysis

This division has adequate expertise in the Conceptualization, Design, Detail Design, Finite element analysis and FE based optimization of composite/metal structures for civil, military aircraft and aerospace structures. This consists of technically competent and experienced (10 to 20 years) Scientists and Engineers with proven design and analysis capabilities who have worked extensively in National aircraft programs viz. LCA (TEJAS), SARAS, NCAD and AMCA. Two design centers with combined seating capacity of 60+ people with high end computer workstations are a part of this facility.

-           Altair Hyperworks 2014, Optistruct, Radioss solver

-           ABAQUS 2017CAE Pre- and Post- Processors, ABAQUS Solver

-           TOSCA for Linear and Non-Linear optimization

-           Isight for Process Integration Optimization

-           Fe-Safe for Fatigue studies
