In any organization, Knowledge and Technology Management is expected to play a facilitative role for the new strategies, processes, methods and techniques to create, disseminate, share and apply the best knowledge, anytime and anyplace, across teams, across the organization and across several organizations, especially its clients and key stakeholders. It is a multi-disciplined approach for achieving organizational objectives by making the best use of knowledge.
