Praful Patel, Hon'ble Minister of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India
launched India Aviation 2008 , the first international exhibition of
its kind in India on Civil Aviation Sector. The exhibition is being
organized by Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India jointly with
Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry from October
15-18, 2008 at Hyderabad .
The launch was attended by more than 200 dignitaries. Industry leaders from companies like Aero
Club of India, Airbus, Bell Helicopter India Inc., Bombardier, EIH
Limited, Finmeccanica, IndiGo, Jet Airways (India) Limited, Kingfisher
Airlines Ltd, Kuwait Airways, Lufthansa German Airlines-Cargo Division,
Qantas Airways Ltd, Rolls-Royce India Ltd, Safran, SpiceJet Limited,
Stic Travel Group, Thales, The Ambassador's, Officials from Ministry of
Civil Aviation, Officials from PSU's like Airports
Authority of India, Delhi International Airport (P) Ltd, Electronics
Corporation of India Ltd., GMR Group, National Highways Authority of
India, Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd. and Media were present at the
launch.

is blended with the perfect ingredients that makes a show successful
was received very enthusiastically by the Industry. The booming Indian
Aviation Sector and the most powerful exhibition organizing set up,
comprising of Ministry of Civil Aviation, the nodal ministry having
under it's domain the leading aviation organizations including Airports
Authority of India (AAI), Air India, Directorate General of Civil
Aviation (DGCA) & Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd., FICCI, the apex
