Eligible candidates are invited to apply for positions in the following disciplines with relevant educational qualification and experience.

Aerospace /Mechanical Experience in Aircraft Design, Aerodynamics, Structures, Hydraulics, Aircraft Systems, CFD, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Propulsion, CAD/CAM,  PLM, Loads, Flight Mechanics and Control, Airworthiness, Flight and Ground Testing, Multi Disciplinary Design Optimization, Systems Engineering. Electronics/Electrical Experience in Aircraft Electrical Systems, Avionics, Aircraft Instrumentation, Flight Simulation, IVHM. Industrial/ Manufacturing & Production Experience in Production Planning, Assembly & Integration, Cost Analysis, Risk Analysis related to aerospace. Masters in Business Administration Experience in Strategy, Market Analysis, Logistics, Project Management, Risk Analysis.

Fresh graduate and post graduates in above discipline  are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility:

 Applicants should be:

• Indian nationals
• First Class Graduates and First Class Post graduates in any of the above mentioned disciplines from a recognized Institution / University in India or abroad
• Professionals with relevant experience in the above mentioned areas

Remuneration

The selected candidates will be appointed on fixed term contract in various grades of Design Engineer 1,2 and 3.

Monthly remunerations listed below are on consolidated basis and will be fixed for individual cases based on qualification, relevance and length of experience. The appointment will be on a fixed duration contractual mode, initially for a period of three years extendable to a further period of 2 years based on performance and requirement of the project.

Design Engineer 1 (Fresh or with professional experience up to 3 years)	40,000 to 60,000
Design Engineer 2 (with experience greater than 3 years and up to 7 years)	65,000 to 75,000
Design Engineer 3 (with experience greater than 7 years)	80,000 to 95,000

Screening criteria

The applications will be screened by a Committee based on the requirements and educational qualification, experience at suitable level, professional achievements, aptitude for design, development, management skills and personal qualities/strengths. The candidates should therefore mention all qualifications/experience/achievements/specialisation in relevant field including those over and above the minimum qualifications. Depending on the length and relevant experience, candidates will be considered for giving weight age as given below for the purpose of screening.

The qualification and experience prescribed does not automatically make candidates eligible to be called for interview. Based on academic performance, relevant work experience and other parameters in the bio-data submitted on-line, candidates will be shortlisted for interview. No travel reimbursement is admissible for candidates who are called to attend the interview at NCAD office in Bangalore.

Suitable persons with academic and practical experience will be short listed and interviewed by an expert selection committee. The remuneration offered will be comparable to market rates. The initial appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 3 years and likely to continue afterwards based on formal project approvals.

• All candidates are employed on contract. Performance based annual increments and extensions will be considered.
• Candidates presently employed in Central/ State Government, Autonomous bodies, PSUs may apply through ‘Proper channel’ or submit ‘No-Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview from their employer, if they qualify upto the stage of interview
