Professional Experience

I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of aircraft development. I have involved in the Design and Development of major Civil Aviation Projects of CSIR-NAL namely SARAS Mk I, SARAS Mk II, HANSA and NM5-100. Contributions are majorly in the areas of Cabin Door (Pax, Cargo, Emergency and Bailout Door) Conceptual, Preliminary and Detail design activity as per FAR23 regulations, CAD/CAM and allied activities for Aircraft Prototype Structures, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), Numerical Master Geometry (NMG) development and Analysis for the new Aircraft program development, Efficient CAD modeling & validation, Digital mockup assembly(DMU), Reverse Engineering, Kinematics, CAD geometry for CFD analysis and many other CAD related allied activities.
