Area of Expertise

Dr Dilip Sunil Sanadi is a scientist currently working at the CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL) in the RNCAC division since November 2022. He is a key team member on critical national aerospace projects, including the SARAS Mk II and RTA-90 aircraft programs, contributing to Powerplant and Fuel system (PPFS) development.


Research Interests

Dr. Dilip Sunil Sanadi's work as part of the SARAS Mk II and RTA-90 aircraft programs at NAL emphasizes the application of his thermal engineering expertise to aerospace projects. His focus in this area revolves around thermal- fluid management systems, and engineering solutions for the efficient functioning of aircraft, particularly in the development of indigenous aircraft.


Academic_Qualification

Dr. Dilip Sunil Sanadi is an accomplished researcher in the field of Engineering Sciences, having completed his Ph.D. in September 2022 at CNRS, CORIA Lab in France. His doctoral work focused on advanced topics within the realm of thermal and fluid sciences, contributing to innovative research at the intersection of experimental and computational engineering.
Prior to his Ph.D., he earned a Master's degree in Thermal Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, in 2015


Professional Experience

At CNRS France and TU Delft Netherlands, where he utilized advanced imaging techniques to study multiphase flow phenomena.
