 1(L) When should teams who have been chosen to participate in the demonstration plan to arrive in New Delhi?

It is suggested that all the teams arrive in New Delhi on 8 March 2007.  Arrangements are being made for the teams to be met at the airport and conveyed to Agra on the following day after a night’s rest at a lodging facility.

2(L) Would it be possible to ship the equipment to Delhi ahead of arrival?   Will the team equipment travel with the team on the journey from Delhi to Agra and back?

The issue of shipping equipment to Delhi as unaccompanied baggage is being researched.  The equipment of the teams will travel with the teams from Delhi to Agra and back.

3(L) Where will the team members stay while in Agra?

At the Jay Pee Palace Hotel.

4(L) Will a designee of the organizers be present at the New Delhi airport be available in case the Customs Department raise any objections to equipment being brought into the country?

Yes.
